Once passed the secured gate, you enter a 30 hectares private domain where Castle Estoria sits at the top of the hill with stunning views over the Bay of Cannes.

When you enter the house, you are enthralled by the sea view with rolling woods surrounding the property. The large double living room is the heart of this beautiful house with, on the left handside, the dining room with sea and pool view, the office fit for a king or a businessman, and the large kitchen fitted with the latest Gaggenau appliances, marble countertops and sink as well as three large fridge freezers.

On the right hand side of the living room, you have a small guest office and four bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms ( shower enclosure, bathtub with TV, bidet and WC). All bedrooms have kingsize beds or large twins, dressing rooms, either garden or sea view with direct access to the garden, AC and TV screen with international satellite channels. Following the bedrooms, there is a large nightclub/games room perfect for parties or family celebrations.

The first floor is the master bedroom with a large private lounge, dressing room, full bathroom and a balcony with panoramic sea view. There is AC throughout the house, indoor and outdoor music system, high speed internet, DVD, Ipod Outside is like an extension of the house with large dining areas, comfortable summer lounges on the covered terraces, large decking with sun lounges around the infinity pool overlooking the sea.

Underneath the pool, you will find the spa with state of the art gym equipment, jacuzzi, and sauna. There is a silent security system with guards on the grounds at night and a groundsman always onsite. There is a helipad on the grounds for easy access from the airport.
