The master bedroom stands out with its uninterrupted ocean views, wraparound balcony with outdoor terrazzo tub and Apple TV with DVD player. The en suite bathroom features a double vanity set and shower recess.

Three guest bedrooms are spread out across the upper floor; two are outfitted with twin singles (convertible to a king bed) while the third features a king bed. Satellite TVs and en suite bathrooms with showers are common features across the rooms. A shared balcony with views out to the pool and sea extends out from the rooms.

Two guest bedrooms occupy the lower floor; one features a king bed while the other comes furnished with twin singles. Both rooms feature en suite bathrooms with showers, and offer easy access to a common bathroom with jacuzzi.

A 15-metre infinity pool, flanked by loungers stretches out towards the ocean. This is the focal point outdoors – where sunseekers enjoy dips in the pool, bask under the sun, soak up the ocean breezes and enjoy unforgettable sunset shows. A neatly manicured lawn by the poolside doubles up as a playing area for kids or a venue for barbecues and al fresco dining.

Villa Amanzi’s tropical-style open plan living area feels wonderfully expansive; the living spaces flow in seamlessly into one another, and opens out to the sun-dappled pool terrace and lawn.

An L-shaped couch curls around a coffee table in the lounge, and next to it lies a wooden dining bench. Further in is a guest kitchen decked out in cool greys and whites; it comes furnished with a full range of cooking appliances, an island counter and breakfast table for eight. Much of the relaxation takes place in a cosy family room featuring a TV with DVD player, pool table and games.
