Here you will also find an exclusive al fresco dining area complete where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and the mild Mediterranean climate.

Offering a peaceful atmosphere and unparalleled views of the turquoise sea, the terrace is the perfect setting for romantic dinners and stargazing. The villa also offers a stunning rooftop garden complete with sunbathing area and outdoor shower to fully appreciate the natural wonders surrounding you. Despite all of this beauty, the owner’s favourite place to sit and soak up the sun is still in a hidden corner of the patio area where you can smell the jasmine on balmy summer afternoons.

In addition to the gardens with their pretty lawns and the salt-filtered open-air pool, there is an exclusive indoor spa pool with water jets and waterfall, which is located on the lower floor. Offering a serene atmosphere, the indoor pool has adjustable chromotherapy and aromatherapy features to complete the experience. The indoor pool is heated (the outdoor pool can heated at an extra cost). After a long day at the beach, indulge yourself as you immerse into the indoor pool or simply surrender to the peace and stillness of pure relaxation.

Flooded with light, the ground floor boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and two living rooms. One of these rooms comes complete with a bathroom with shower and, on request, it can be transformed in the fifth bedroom for two additional guests. Offering an elegant atmosphere, the ground floor also features a double bedroom complete with bathroom with shower. On the first floor you will find three double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.

The downstairs accommodation includes a spacious main sitting room with comfortable sofas, a chic blend of modern and antique furniture and a large flat screen television.
