The entire property comprises a partially fenced-in garden, the main three-level home hosts four bedrooms, and the guest house, at a few meters of distance, is furnished with one double bedroom, a small living area and a kitchenette. In addition to the infinity swimming pool, there is a gym on the lower first floor and a table tennis table. From Villa Chapman, there are plenty of charming and historic places of tourist interest that are worth a visit such as Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto, Assisi. The surrounding countryside invites to endless walks in the wonderful forests, it is possible to experience horse riding and run along biking paths.
For those who prefer more exciting activities, rafting in the Marmore waterfalls is well recommended; Umbria has so much to offer also to wine lovers such as vineyards visits to Montefalco, Orvieto and Bevagna.
