The cone structure of the trulli allowed these homes to keep environments cool during the hottest periods of the year, and they were perfect places also for storing food when refrigerators had not yet been invented. The grey colour of the seven stone cones forming the house testifies to its two hundred years of age.
Located three kilometres from the centre of Ceglie Messapica, Coover consists of the main villa featuring two bedrooms and the guest house, which hosts the third bedroom.
The outdoor porch is equipped with two wood-burning ovens and a barbecue, while the laundry room has external access only.
