The huge master suite of 120m2 open on both side by large windows, on the sea and garden, as an office and a fantastic bathroom with a large dressing area. Perfect if you want to spend a few months in a scheduled paradise with all the necessary comfort.

The interior is decorating with taste, furniture, sculptures, and paintings from the State of Minas Gerais, made of wood and metal.

Telephone, internet, wifi, television by satellite-linked to a Bose sound system, including a DVD player and stereo. The electric installation (220 volts) provides night lighting over the extent of the property. A powerful generator automatically takes over in the rare event of a power failure. Several cisterns and the municipal water distribution system provide considerable autonomy.
