Open-Plan Main House

The ground floor of the main house revolves around a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Locally quarried stone walls echo the exterior cladding, while concrete flooring creates a smooth flow between the different zones.

Large picture windows and sliding glass doors frame fabulous sea views. Moreover, they allow easy access to the surrounding decked pool terrace.

At one end of the space, the sitting area includes a large sofa, accent chairs, and a chaise longue. At the other end, the dining table and sleek kitchen create a stylish setting for shared meals.

Main House Bedrooms

The first main-house bedroom is accessed from the entrance hall. It is a welcoming double room with a corner fireplace, sitting area, sea views, private decked terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with sea-view tub and walk-in shower.

A staircase leads down to the lower ground floor, where four more bedrooms are located. The second suite sits around 10 steps above the first. It is arranged as a full apartment with a double bedroom, en-suite shower room, living area, kitchen, and sheltered private courtyard garden.

The main decked terrace connects the living spaces, kitchen, and first independent suite. It includes a professionally equipped outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, shaded dining table, and beautifully furnished sitting area.

This terrace is designed for sociable gatherings and memorable outdoor meals. In addition, it sits beside the remarkable main infinity pool, whose edge runs parallel to the terrace before angling towards the sea.

Steps lead down to the lower pool terrace outside the lower ground floor bedrooms. More steps continue to the gym and the tennis and basketball court.
