Indoors 

The first floor is home to the living areas, all of which open onto the large stone terrace, in a harmony of hues, materials and textures. Enter the ultra-luminous living room, whose ironwork opens onto the Cap d’Antibes. The set of black metal windows adds a touch of modernity tinged with industrial spirit. The dining room’s black wooden table and sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor dining area.  The kitchen also has a dining area and is very well equipped. It overlooks the fountain, the semi-covered terrace and the covered terrace, which offer a view of the garden and swimming pool.

The entire terrace around the double-overflow swimming pool (12x4x1.5m) is made of wood. The garden with its 4 hundred-year-old olive trees is accessible. The jacuzzi is linked to the terrace by a small wooden bridge.
The infrared sauna is in a dedicated open space with shower and WC.

You’ll also find a pétanque court, a weber BBQ, outdoor furniture (deckchairs, parasols, tables, chairs and sofas), a brazero, a 5-space parking lot and an electrical outlet in the parking lot (catering, electric car).

Location

Villa Gabriel is located in the heart of the Côte d’Azur, between Saint Tropez and Monaco, at the foot of the ramparts of Saint-Paul de Vence. The Domaine’s privileged location means it’s halfway between Nice Côte d’Azur airport and Cannes Mandelieu airport, and 10 minutes from the Cagnes-sur-Mer SNCF train station.

Close to the Côte d’Azur’s must-see attractions, such as the finest beaches, golf courses and cultural sites, the Domaine is also in a calm, natural environment.​
