Interiors

Villa Gipson is composed of 1 cottage and 3 independent apartments. Each of these has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and furnished terrace. The first apartment can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 double bedrooms. Two have king-size beds and en suite bathrooms and one has twin beds. There is also a large living room with terracotta tiled floors, a fireplace and dining area. Guests will also find a kitchen and a private terrace which offers stunning views of the rolling hills.

The second apartment also sleeps up to 6 people. It has 3 double bedrooms. One has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. The seconds has twin beds and an en suite bathroom. Finally the third has twin beds. Guests will also find a bright airy kitchen and another private outdoor space.

The third apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has two double bedrooms. Each has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The living room has a fireplace and the kitchen has all the utensils and crockery you might need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.

The romantic cottage by the pool has a double bedroom. Guests will also find a bathroom with bathtub that offers panoramic countryside views.

Exteriors

Standing on a hilltop, the villa is surrounded by 10 000 square metres of landscaped gardens. These open out onto a beautiful landscape of woods and fields. The property has beautiful views. It looks directly out onto one of the prettiest castles in Umbria and its golf course. The heated infinity pool (measuring 7×15 metres) also offers great views of the countryside. Close to the pool you will moreover find a Jacuzzi which can hold up to 8 people, and a surrounding terrace with sun-beds and parasols. Each apartment has a furnished outdoor area, and there is also an outdoor dining table. This seats up to 18 people, perfect for sunny al fresco meals. For golf lovers, the villa also has a private putting green with putters.

Location

Our historic villa is located in the very heart of Umbria. It is close to the art towns of Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi, and to the picturesque Lake Trasimeno. The farmhouse dates back to the 14th century. It stands on the top of a hill that overlooks the medieval castle of Antognolla and its exclusive 18-hole championship golf course. The most stunning features are its views, the infinity pool, and its elegant interiors.
