Villa Guan

Elegance, luxury, modern design, traditional architecture, stone and glass compose villa Guan combining perfectly the tradition with the contemporary style just for our guests.

The property is 300 square meters big with the capacity to accommodate up to ten persons. The interior is inspired by the beauty of the Zakynhtian island.

The entrance of the villa is situated on the first floor together with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table with chairs, a cosy living room, a fireplace and a colourful garden where BBQ facilities are found. Villa Guan provides central heating and cooling system individually controlled in every room. Also, at the same floor the one of the five luxurious bedrooms with private bathroom is situated.

On the ground floor you will find three more bedrooms each having its private bathroom too. All the bedrooms offer a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea, a separate veranda and access to the swimming pool. The fifth bedroom is built next to the beach villa equipped with cooking facilities, a double bed, air-conditioning and a private bathroom with shower, in order to provide this way more privacy.
