The expansive garden is meticulously landscaped, providing a picturesque setting that seamlessly blends with the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The panoramic pool is the centrepiece of the outdoor area, offering a refreshing escape with stunning views, complemented by a convenient outdoor shower. Guests can also indulge in al fresco dining on the furnished patio, complete with outdoor tables, sofas, and a restored authentic wood-fired oven that adds a touch of historic charm to any gathering.

Upon entering the villa, the ground floor welcomes guests with an atmosphere of refined sophistication. The main entrance opens into a modern kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, making it a culinary enthusiast’s dream. Adjacent to the kitchen, a cosy lounge and dining area provide a perfect space for relaxation and entertaining. This floor also houses a guest bathroom and one of the villa’s nine bedrooms, offering easy access and comfort.

This floor features two bedrooms, as well as two luxurious suites that offer additional space and privacy. The second floor is designed for leisure and entertainment. This floor also includes three bedrooms and another suite, all designed to offer maximum comfort.

All bedrooms offer luxurious en-suite showers, with one special suite on the first floor boasting both a shower and a bathtub for added indulgence. Each bed is a sumptuous king-size, with the ground floor bedroom featuring versatile divisible beds. The four elegant bedrooms on the first floor have non-divisible king-size beds, while the four bedrooms on the second floor offer the flexibility of divisible king-size beds.
