Immersed in a land of 3000 square meters, the villa boasts a magnificent infinity pool with Jacuzzi and an exceptional poolside area equipped with comfortable sun loungers and outdoor showers: the ideal place to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation in the company of a good book and a glass of prosecco. Offering a peaceful atmosphere and a spectacular 180-degree view over the lake, this sophisticated property also features an outdoor lounge and dining area with barbecue, where guests can intimately spend time together while enjoying traditional Italian food and unforgettable sunsets. Please note that the pool is not heated, while the Jacuzzi corner is.

From the poolside area, guests can access the modern interior living space, which features an open-plan living and dining area with fully-equipped kitchen complete with plate warmer, steam oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The villa offers six bedrooms: four master bedrooms and two standard double bedrooms distributed over the ground floor and the first floor, each featuring en-suite bathroom, creating a lovely private haven for afternoon siestas and peaceful nights. The ground floor houses two of the master bedrooms, while the other two can be found on the first floor.
