This large beach villa with infinity pool offers a secluded private escape for up to 30 guests. Villa Lobster measures 600 sq. m. and is ideal for friends, families, or large groups seeking privacy, sea views, and direct access to the coast. The villa consists of two main blocks, plus an extra ground-floor guestroom by the sea. The main house is arranged over three levels, while the guesthouse block is arranged over two levels. This large beach villa with infinity pool also includes spacious terraces, pergolas, a BBQ area, professional kitchen equipment, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, organic toiletries, laundry area, and a private infinity-edge swimming pool.

The beach is just one minute away and is a nesting place for rare turtle species every June and August. Therefore, guests can enjoy a special natural setting while staying close to the sea.

Main House and Living Spaces

The main entrance leads into an open-plan spacious living room with stunning sea views. This area also includes a dining space and modern kitchen.

The kitchen features professional cooking equipment, allowing meals to be prepared for up to 30 guests at the same time. Moreover, guests can dine indoors or outside on the terrace with the sea as a backdrop.

A BBQ area is also available for relaxed outdoor meals. As a result, the villa is well suited to sociable dining and large group stays.

Main House Bedrooms

The main house includes five bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a stand-alone shower.

Two of the rooms include three single beds. In addition, all bedrooms are simply decorated with a Mediterranean feel.

TVs and air conditioning are provided in each room for guest comfort. Therefore, every bedroom offers privacy, convenience, and a relaxed holiday atmosphere.

Guesthouse Block and Sea Guestroom

The guesthouse block includes two family rooms, which are arranged as two bedrooms together. These include twin and triple sleeping layouts.

There are also two more bedrooms in this block. This level has four bathrooms in total, making it practical for larger groups.

The extra guestroom by the sea includes one double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. As a result, it offers an especially peaceful space close to the water.

Guests have exclusive use of the private infinity-edge swimming pool. The spacious deck and sunbeds make the pool area ideal for sunny days and relaxed afternoons.

Alternatively, the beach is just a minute away. In addition, outdoor terraces and pergolas give guests several places to lounge, dine, and enjoy the views.

Cars are essential when staying at the villa. The nearest village is approximately 2 km away, with a few taverns, a supermarket, and a medical cabinet.
