On the ground floor is a spacious master bedroom (180×200) with ensuite bathroom. On the garden level are the other 3 double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, and all offering direct access to the garden. All the 4 bedrooms have A/C.

The tastefully landscaped garden has a salt water swimming pool (that can be heated), surrounded by sun beds and a good sized dining area accommodating 10 guests with a Green Egg BBQ.
