Located just above the pretty village of Villefranche with one of the most beautiful sea views on the Côte d’Azur, Villa Marius is a luxurious 5 bedroom villa set on a terraced garden with a large heated pool.

Renovated and furnished to a high standard, elegantly furnished, the villa is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a beautiful open plan living and dinning area opening onto the surrounding balcony, this is the place to sit and enjoy the panormaic views all day long and into the evening. On this level there is also a fully equipped kitchen and TV den and Sky satellite TV. There are four bedrooms on the first floor with 3 en suite bathrooms. One single bedroom with en suite bathroom and two twins or doubles sharing a family bathroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and opens on to a sea facing balcony. The 5th en suite bedroom is independent and located on the lower terrace with direct access to the garden. Villa Estève is south facing and fully air conditioned.

Stone steps on either side of the house give access to the outdoor areas and pool. The upper terrace with flat lawn is ideal for drinks al fresco while enjoying the view, and the 10×5 metre heated pool is on the terrace below. The villa is accessed via electric gates with a parking place for one car. There is also ample free street parking on the lower end of the garden. We do not recommend this villa for families with young children.
