Villa Mere has simple and angular lines, two structures with a flat roof, held in continuity by a patio / veranda developing an “L” configuration.

Outdoor

The internal courtyard is paved with local stone and surrounded by lawn and monumental olive trees.
An outdoor patio, with a cooking area complete with stove and barbecue, allows the preparation of tasty grills on the many sunny Apulian days. In addition, there are various relaxation corners with comfortable seating.

Attractions

Located between Carovigno and Ostuni, it allows you to reach the pristine beaches of the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve in a few minutes by car or bike.

Swimming Pool

On the back of the villa there is a private swimming pool with sea view measuring 4x15m (60 mq), 1.5m deep, with a 236x204cm hydromassage tub with possibility to heat jets (extra cost).
By the pool there is a solarium area and outdoor showers with a suggestive sea view.

Villa Mere is a villa for rent completely fenced, is accessed via a typical rural road with electric gates that guarantee safety together with external recording systems and an alarm system.

The entrance door, located to the side of the central body of the villa, opens onto the living room with open kitchen separated from the living room by a bamboo partition. In the living area you can relax on the comfortable sofas and seats with an imaginary line. The entire facade, the white walls and the niches make the environment very bright, as well as the continuous floor, without joints and with a smooth concrete base, which creates an authentic and elegant effect throughout the villa.

The open space kitchen has an iron structure with sliding glass doors that hide wooden shelves. In addition, the marble worktop is made with iron structures and wooden compartments, inside which, in addition to storing various kitchen equipment, also a dishwasher and washing machine are hidden. At guests’ disposal there are an espresso machine, a toaster, an electric kettle and a large refrigerator. In the center, the island cooking area dominates, with gas stove, electric oven and seating for quick breakfasts and lunches.The full-height French window of the kitchen overlooks the outdoor patio that houses the large table for 10 diners for lunch and dinners in good company-

Access to the sleeping area is from the corridor adjacent to the living room, here are the three double bedrooms, with double bed and private bathroom. One of the rooms here has access and is communicating with the other, perfect for hosting families with children or groups of friends.
The interiors are completed by two luxurious private suites with open bathrooms and bathtubs, located in the external structure and individually accessible from the courtyard.
