The villa’s history is fascinating; built for the Machiavelli family with rumors that Michelangelo himself participated in the design. In fact, because of the significance of the owners and architects, the original building and improvement plans of the villa are stored at the Uffizi Gallery in Florence. These plans include a grander palace with a new wing, designed by Giorgio Vasari “Il Giovane” (nephew of the famous architect Giorgio Vasari).

The villa comprises ten bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom, completely restored as a unique five-star luxury accommodation. All bedrooms enjoy a relaxing, panoramic view of the Tuscan hills. Thanks to its location on top of a beautiful cypress shaded hills, the villa offers extraordinary views of Florence, The ‘Duomo’ and the beautiful Tuscan countryside.

The décor and interior design reflect a love for the traditional Tuscany style, combined with refined furniture and artwork from China, India and South Africa.

The outdoor swimming pool is located a few meters from the villa in the fenced in garden, where here and there you can find original contemporary art pieces.

Besides Florence, Villa Noyce is a great starting point to visit Siena, San Gimignano and Arezzo.

bedroom 1; Royal Suite 10: 150 sqm, offers history and elegance and is fit for any queen or king. A distinguished, superior king sized, hand-made silver matrimonial bed frame from India ornaments the suite, along with furniture and art object collected by the owner during his world travels. The spectacular size of the room (approximately 1600 square feet or 150 meters), combined with high ceilings and seven expansive windows, allows for a sun-filled space during the day. Two fireplace and private dining area provide cozy corners to tuck into, and a magnificent bathroom with open Marble and Onyx Jacuzzi bath and luxurious walk-in shower and personal steam room add to the elegance of the overall effect.
bedroom 2; Machiavelli Suite 11: 90 sqm, the Machiavelli Suite is located on the Machiavelli villa top floor of the royal wing. This opulent suite offers individually decorated style bedroom with king size bed and modern bathrooms. The suite offers a separate living area and private in room dining. The Machiavellil Suite is located in the main villa which boasts a terrace with sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside, Mangiacane’s vineyards and olive groves.

With a uniquely decorated bedroom, a king-size bed and twin beds, and crafted marble bathrooms, the Terrace Suite will meet all expectations of ideal accommodation. Along with a private living room it offers a private dining area both inside and outside on your secluded terrace, perfect for a romantic candlelit meal.

bedroom 8, 9 and 10; Two Bedroom Terrace Suite 1,2,2B: 85 sqm, located on the top floor of Villa Noyce, the Two Bedroom Terrace Suite has two separate mezzanine style bedrooms, the suite offers a king size beds and twin beds and two private bathrooms furnished in marble to provide a comfortable and spacious retreat. Connected to bedroom 9 there is another bedroom, number 10. With a separate living and dining room, you will have no trouble finding a quiet spot to relax in. The private terrace enjoys a spectacular Tuscan view and a breathtaking view of the city of Florence and the Duomo.
