Central island with breakfast area with 5 stools and extendable dining table dining for 6. Large induction plate, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, and 2 fridge/freezers. Smeg coffee machine, toaster and blender. Small wine cooler.

The kitchen has large patio doors which allows all natural light to sweep in, and for you to exit out to the terrace area.

Back in the main hallway, on the left-hand side there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower.

On the right-hand side of the hallway there is a cloakroom and a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, with bath and shower.

There is a large stairway leading to the first floor and to a spacious landing area opening to an inner courtyard with a tennis table.

On the left-hand side of the landing area there is the master bedroom with a Queen bed. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and walk-in shower as well as a dressing area. This room is large, light and airy.

On the right-hand side of the upstairs landing area, there is another bedroom with TV, double bed, ensuite with step-in shower and bath.

From the ground floor hallway there is a staircase to the lower level with natural light, a cosy hallway and a twin bedroom with e-suite shower. At this level there is also a laundry room, with washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board.
