Villa Nyctibius is a bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated villa in the Algarve, ideal for families or groups looking for luxury, privacy, and comfort. With expansive living areas, multiple terraces, and a heated swimming pool, this villa perfectly combines relaxation with entertainment.

Living Area

The villa features a welcoming hallway leading to an elegant living room with Lazer TV and Sonos speakers. French doors open onto the large garden and pool area, allowing natural light to fill the interior. The living room connects seamlessly to an open-plan kitchen and dining area.

Kitchen & Dining

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, including 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge/freezers, a Smeg coffee machine, toaster, blender, and a small wine cooler. A central island with breakfast seating for 5 and an extendable dining table for 6 make it perfect for family meals. Large patio doors provide access to the outdoor terraces.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

• Ground Floor: Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bath and shower) and a cloakroom.

• First Floor: Master bedroom with queen bed, dressing area, bath, and walk-in shower; second bedroom with double bed, TV, en-suite with bath and step-in shower. The landing area opens to an inner courtyard with a tennis table.

• Lower Level: Twin bedroom with en-suite shower and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Games & Entertainment

The villa features a tennis table in the inner courtyard and spacious terraces for socializing. These areas provide plenty of space for both fun activities and relaxation.

• Heated swimming pool (14×5 m) with water feature, 3 steps for entry (heating available at 600€/week supplement)
