The front door opens into a hallway, which leads into the main living area. This bright and airy space forms the heart of the house. It includes an extra-long wooden sofa with soft cushions, smooth grey concrete floors, white walls, and honey-coloured wood-beamed ceilings.

This sea view villa with infinity pool also features a retractable wall of windows. These windows bring the sea views inside and open the living room to the terrace. In addition, local grey and bronze stone, built-in niches, shelves, designer lighting, colourful artworks, and a protruding fireplace give the room depth and character.

Kitchen and Indoor Dining

A few steps from the living area lead to the large rectangular kitchen. This space has a picture window with sea views, bespoke wooden cupboards, and a long concrete island.

The island also works as a bar, which makes the kitchen sociable and practical. Moreover, a large retractable glass door opens directly to the al fresco dining area.

This connection makes cooking and outdoor dining feel easy. Guests can prepare meals indoors and move straight outside to enjoy them in the shade.

Lower Level Bedrooms

On one side of the living area, stairs lead down to the sleeping quarters. The first corridor gives access to two bedrooms.

One bedroom is a double-twin with an en-suite shower room, sea views, and terrace access. The second bedroom is a double room with a centrally positioned bed, an en-suite shower room, and terrace access.

Further stairs lead to the lower ground floor. Here, guests will find a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Its windows look out towards a small garden of Indian fig cacti.

First Floor Bedrooms and Cinema Room

The first floor is arranged across two levels. The lower level includes a single bedroom with sea views and a small balcony. It also has a shower room.

This level also includes a reading, relaxation, and cinema room. Guests can enjoy sea views, a shaded terrace, a large cushioned sofa, a drop-down screen, and a projector.

The upper level is dedicated to the main bedroom. This bright double room has a large en-suite shower room with double sinks. It also has picture windows facing the sea and a private terrace with built-in seating.

Infinity Pool and Outdoor Lounge Areas

The living room opens onto a large cane-shaded sitting area. It includes quality outdoor sofas and other comfortable seating.

Next to this space sits the infinity pool. Its long edge creates a seamless view towards the sea. Therefore, the pool area feels calm, open, and beautifully connected to the landscape.

On the far side of the pool, there is a covered area with a bar and a double daybed. Guests also have access to a pool bathroom with shower.

Al Fresco Dining and Terraces

The al fresco dining area is a shady and secluded part of the main terrace. It includes a large table and plenty of built-in cushioned seating.

The dining area connects smoothly with the indoor kitchen. It also has a plancha grill, which makes it ideal for relaxed Greek feasts with family or friends.

Several terraces give guests extra places to enjoy the view. The cinema room has its own shaded panoramic terrace. Meanwhile, the main bedroom has a large private terrace with some of the villa’s most impressive views.

Gardens and Sea Access

The bedrooms below the living area open into gardens planted with grasses and low-lying shrubs. A paving stone path leads from the gardens up to the pool area.

Below the main sea-facing terrace, the grounds slope down through indigenous planting. This creates a natural connection with the surrounding terrain.

Just outside the grounds, a public path leads down to the sea. With its infinity pool, sea-view rooms, cinema space, outdoor dining area, and layered terraces, Villa Okapi offers a refined and relaxing island stay.
