Upon entering this fantastic property, you’ll find a grand entrance hall leading to two comfortable living areas, as well as a super-well-equipped kitchen. There’s plenty of sunlight provided by the fabulous skylights and floor-to-ceiling windows that surround the open-air living and dining room, which features a seating area and saltwater pool.

On the ground floor, there’s a fully equipped laundry room, a TV/children’s room, as well as three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. 

Moving up to the first floor, you’ll find the impressive master bedroom with an en-suite shower and a walk-in closet. Continuing upstairs, the master bedroom is joined by two other bedrooms: one double bedroom and the second twin bedroom, both good-sized and with en-suite bathrooms. These bedrooms have a large shared balcony, the perfect place to relax in the sun while enjoying the wonderful views.

The outdoor area is designed for alfresco living and dining. Grab a refreshing drink from the poolside bar while grilling on the barbecue. Ample lounge chairs allow you to soak up that all-important vitamin D, and when it’s too hot and you need to cool off, take a dip in the incredible saltwater pool. Outside, you’ll also find fantastic dining areas, a beautiful garden, and even a soccer field perfect for the kids to enjoy.
