The villa is a design-led sanctuary offering sweeping Aegean sea views and a deeply calming atmosphere. This modern villa, built with natural materials and minimalist aesthetics, feels seamlessly integrated with its surroundings, evoking a sense of harmony and serenity.

Villa Pagurus accommodates up to 12 guests across six beautifully designed bedrooms, spread across three separate yet connected structures — the main house and two independent guesthouses. Villa Pagurus is an excellent choice for families, couples, or groups who want both togetherness and privacy.

Minimalist interiors are defined by natural earth tones, stone pathways, marble floors, and handcrafted ceramics — each detail chosen to echo the tranquility of the landscape.

Natural stone, soft textiles, clean lines and sculptural design elements continue the home’s Zen-like aesthetic outdoors — creating a refined space that is both stylish and grounded in nature.

The main house features a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas, and three en-suite double bedrooms, floor cooling/heating, plus two AC units in the master and one of the two bedrooms. Large windows and sliding doors frame panoramic views, blurring the lines between interior and exterior.

Guesthouse No. 1 offers an AC-ed living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms that share one bathroom. One of the bedrooms also has an AC unit. Guesthouse No. 2 is a loft-style space with high ceilings, a kitchenette, a cozy living area with a convertible sofa-bed, and a bedroom — all opening out to a relaxed outdoor lounge. The living room has an AC unit.

All rooms – except of the master bedroom in the main house – offer the option to change the double beds into two single beds.

The outdoor areas at Villa Pagurus are designed for calmness and reflection. A saltwater infinity pool sits at the heart of the terrace, offering uninterrupted views of the shimmering sea.

Multiple shaded terraces invite guests to lounge, dine al fresco, or enjoy a peaceful moment under the Greek sun, perfectly integrated into the Cycladic landscape.

The architecture draws from the earth itself, using stone from the hillside and materials that resonate with the island’s natural beauty. Natural stone, wooden textures, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings complete the villa’s soothing, contemporary aesthetic.
