The villa offers an open plan living area with ‘L’ shaped sofa, TV, fireplace and round dining table seating 10 guests. Also in this room is the modern and fully equipped kitchen with large central island. Doors lead out to a sunny terrace with seating.
Three of the bedrooms are located on this level. Two of the rooms offer a double bed, en-suite and mezzanine level with sofa and TV as well as access to a terrace. The third room has a double bed, en-suite and terrace access.
Bedrooms four and five are located on the lower level, each has twin beds, TV and an en-suite. Also on this level is a large entertainment room with TV area and darts board. Furthermore, there is a fully equipped gym with weight machines, free weights, spin bikes, sauna and Turkish bath.
The roof terrace is the main focus outside. Boasting an outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ, bar and dining table seating 10. Steps lead up to the private lap pool with sun loungers and a further lounging area with outdoor sofa set. From here you have lovely views of the golf course and sea.
