Villa La Marcellina is an exclusive estate consisting of three villas, each with its own grounds, pool and outdoor space, that can be rented together or separately. With stunning views of the surrounding countryside, the three villas are ideally situated to offer complete privacy to its guests, providing an ideal retreat for those who want to explore this area.

Surrounded by greenery, the property has been masterfully restored while preserving the atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan residence. After four years of renovation, completed in 2018, which involved a specialised architect, a local artisan construction company, and a search for original materials from all over Italy, this property is now available for rent. Moreover, during the restoration process, the owners respected the environment by using clean energy sources like solar and geothermal energy.

Please note that high hedgerows divide the outdoor spaces of the villas, while windows and gates are positioned to avoid any kind of privacy limitations. Situated among olive trees on the rolling hills between Florence and Siena, Villa Scotto offers a perfect gateway for those seeking complete privacy and relaxation in the Chianti countryside. Offering a calm atmosphere, Villa Scotto can accommodate nine guests in four bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one triple room).

Immersed in a generous Mediterranean garden with olive trees and stunning views of the surrounding vineyards, the villa’s outdoor space features multiple terraces and original stonework. On a lower level, you will find an al fresco dining area equipped with a dining table and barbecue. Here you will also find an exceptional newly-built swimming pool (4 x 8 m) and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers, inviting guests to sit back and unwind.

Merging the old world with the new, Villa Scotto showcases its ancient authenticity on the exterior with original stone walls and tiled roofs, while inside, you can appreciate the updated, contemporary atmosphere, decorated with high-end electronics and designer furnishings. The villa’s unique floor plan is a testament to the owner’s desire not to change the original structure. The kitchen, dining room, and living area seamlessly flow out to the terrace, where you will find more dining space.

From the outdoor terrace, you will access the living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, you will also find a guest bathroom. From the main level, a short flight of steps leads to an elegant living room on the upper floor and an exclusive indoor heated pool with relaxing lights, a small bar, and a sitting area. On the same level, you will also find a hallway leading to four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and a triple room (with a double bed and single bed), each with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Upon request, two double bedrooms can be set up as twin rooms.
