The upper floor features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The impressive master suite enjoys panoramic views across the sea towards Spetses Island and includes a king-size bed, private balcony, and luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A second master bedroom also features a king-size bed, en-suite shower room, and balcony overlooking the sea and pool. An additional twin bedroom offers two large single beds, an en-suite bathroom, and stunning coastal views.

A further bedroom includes two sofa beds, which can accommodate up to four children with prior approval, making the villa an excellent choice for larger families.

The lower level also includes two additional en-suite bedrooms that can be made available for guests upon request.
