The beach is only 1 minute walk time away thanks to the direct beach access that the property offers. The exterior comprises an outdoor lounge and a dining area, a pool with a direct sea view, parking space for several cars, and a pathway that leads straight to the water, offering direct beach access. The interior is divided into two levels and combines tasteful decor with traditional architecture. The upper level includes the living room, kitchen, dining area, and 3 en suite bedrooms, out of which one is the master. Laundry and children’s playroom are also found on this level. Two spacious suites are situated on the lower level, overlooking Ftelia Bay with a shared balcony.
