The three floors (approx. 370 m² of living space) of the Pescosta Chalet Luxury Living have been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The Chalet has everything required for a dream holiday: 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, panoramic living room, fully equipped kitchen, private wellness, garage and much more – each area with its own character, but all united by the utmost care for the quality of materials, furnishings, and smallest details. Without forgetting the numerous advantages of modern technology such as satellite TV, fiber optic WI-FI, Sound System, lighting control and underfloor heating.

UNDERGROUND FLOOR

The sense of absolute comfort accompanies you from the very beginning. Upon arrival you are welcome to park your vehicle in the underground garage for up to 4 cars. Unload your sports equipment into the adjacent bike depot or into the ski room, equipped with a ski boot dryer. And now take the elevator up to the habitable floors.

GROUND FLOOR

The atmosphere of well-being reigns supreme on the ground floor… The main entrance welcomes you with a large wardrobe area, from which you can catch a glimpse of the charming SPA with a swimming pool, a lounge, a Finnish/Bio sauna. The spirit of relaxation extends to the 2 double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. And if you prefer relaxing outdoors, there is a lovely garden equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers. Besides, on the ground floor you will also find a laundry room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor hosts the main sleeping area with 3 large double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed for the little ones. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and features its ownstyle and character with unique design solutions and tailor-made details. However, all rooms have one thing in common: the particular attention to the choice of natural fabrics, top-quality mattresses, and duvets.

SECOND FLOOR

The splendid living area – it’s here that the Chalet’s heart beats. Large windows and balconies offering a breath-taking view of the magnificent landscape of Marebbe. Evenings spent together with the loved ones curled up on the soft sofa in front of the lit fireplace. With a perfectly tempered glass of South Tyrolean wine. Or moments of complicity in the spacious open-plan kitchen, cooking your favourite food. With the help of high-quality equipment and numerous modern facilities: espresso coffee machine, fridge with freezer, food warmer, oven, induction hob, electric kettle, SodaStream (sparkling water maker), cutlery and crockery. And then dining all together at the large solid wood table, overlooking unforgettable mountain scenery. What can be better?
