This Exclusive Chalet spreads over an area of more than 900 m2 and is situated in the heart of Cortina d’Ampezzo in the Dolomites in Italy. Arranged over 4 floors served by a private elevator and a service staircase, enjoy magnificent panoramic views.

The whole floor is occupied by a living room with a fireplace and wet bar served by a fully equipped hi-tech kitchen for maximum comfort.

The chalet is composed of 7 double Suites with en suite bathrooms for total 15 guests, the Master bedroom has two en suites with a walk-in closet and fireplace. The other six Suites are composed of three double bedrooms, one bunk room for 2/3 children, two Guests bedrooms with shared bathroom.

The Spa and balcony with top-floor views over Cortina. The wellness area is equipped with a sauna, pool, sunlamps and a Jacuzzi; the SPA and relaxation area will pamper guests, making their stay a memorable one.

Also available is a wine cellar housing the finest labels and a soundproofed cinema room with a large screen and comfortable seats for ultimate relaxation while watching movies.
