Hummingbird

Hummingbird Villa accommodates up to ten guests. The villa has a lovely central courtyard with both shade and sunshine, depending on your mood. Designed by Vincenzo De Rosa and built to a very high specification the interiors are tastefully decorated and complimented by specially commissioned furniture and artwork. Hummingbird has a spacious kitchen adjoining the breakfast room, which leads to the dining room, and on to the lounge and TV room, completing the rooms around the courtyard are two bedrooms. On the east side of the property is the master bedroom. Downstairs are another two bedrooms, laundry and maids room. Outside the lounge and dining room lead to the covered patio and on to the sunny pool deck and gazebo which makes an ideal spot for outside dining

The dining area at Hummingbird is spacious and very stylish, with a commanding dining table which seats up to ten guests easily. The kitchen is adjoined to this large, bright room with more than enough surface space and well equipped with all that is needed to prepare meals.

There are also outside areas for al fresco dining by the courtyard and pool.

Hummingbird has outside dining areas, a covered patio, gazebo and pool deck, as well as a fantastic infinity edged pool (Size: 20ft x 40ft. Depth: 4 ½ ft to 5 ½ ft deep).  The views from here are wonderful, and it is easy to get lost in these outside areas and enjoy your vacation base to the full. There is also a gas barbecue grill.
