The theme is echoed in a beautiful Scabetti ‘Shoal Light’ of swirling bone-china fish in the double-height entrance hall.
Expect luxurious touches throughout including a warming Stuv woodburner in the cosy living room and Gaggenau appliances in the bespoke kitchen as well as a cinema room.
Outside, an acre of garden includes a terrace with sun loungers and a BBQ area. A gate gives direct access to the South West Coastal Path and the beach.
