Guests enter from the upper level, which hosts the parking area, a Hammam with shower and toilet facilities, a gym with indoor and shaded outdoor areas, and the “Syros” bedroom featuring a mezzanine, en-suite bathroom, and a spacious wooden terrace with a built-in Jacuzzi. The main pool level showcases an infinity pool with panoramic sunset views, a pool bar, pool bathroom, outdoor dining for up to 18 guests, multiple lounging areas, swings, and a professional gas BBQ.

The interior pool-level accommodations are divided into two main units. Unit A includes the main living and dining area, an open-plan guest kitchen, a fully equipped Chef’s kitchen, guest WC, staff facilities, and the “Naxos” bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Unit B hosts the “Tinos” and “Andros” bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and optional interconnection.

The lower level features a bio garden, a kitchenette for guests, and five independent guest houses—“Yaros,” “Baos,” “Rhenia,” “Delos,” and “Paros”—each with sea sunset views and en-suite bathrooms. “Rhenia” and “Delos” can interconnect, and “Rhenia” can be configured as a quadruple room. A picturesque chapel is also located on this level.
