The kitchen includes two Siemens large fridges, a 32-inch Siemens flat-screen TV, built-in oven, microwave, stainless steel electric smoothtop cooktop, Nespresso machine, juicer, and kettle. In addition, the dining area seats 14 guests and includes garden access, a guest toilet, and storage area.

Heated Spa Infinity Pool and Outdoor Dining

The outdoor highlight is the 42 sq. m. heated seawater spa infinity pool. It includes against-current swim, Jacuzzi features, and a waterfall jet.

A stargaze fire pit creates a romantic setting for evenings. Furthermore, sun loungers and open-air showers add comfort around the pool area.

Highest Floor Bedrooms

The highest floor includes a standard bedroom and the first master bedroom. This level can be accessed by elevator and a separate entrance with wheelchair ramp.

The standard bedroom has similar features to the first-floor standard room. However, it also includes a private terrace with infinity pool and sea view.

The first master bedroom is similar to the second master bedroom but includes a larger dressing and working table behind the bed. Moreover, it has an open-space bathtub, private elevator entrance, and outside parking space.

Lowest Level Wellness and Extra Rooms

The lowest level includes two standard bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both have large windows looking directly towards the sea.
