Nearby there is also an outdoor shower, an outdoor covered dining table for 10 people and a barbecue. This terrace is a perfect oasis of privacy for the afternoon soaking up the golden Mediterranean sun and the joint preparation of local specialties while observing the horizon of the Adriatic Sea.

A glass door through with a maximum amount of light divides the living space of this luxury pet-friendly villa by the beach from the terrace. On the ground floor, as well as in the bedrooms, each room has a view of the terrace and the sea. The neutral tones that dominate the villa contribute to the feeling of simplicity, purity and sophistication. On the ground floor is a fully equipped SieMatic kitchen with a kitchen island and bar stools, a dining table for 10 people and a living room with a comfortable corner sofa, satellite LCD TV and a fireplace that invite you to stay and relax.

Cloakroom, laundry, additional toilet and first bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower are also located on the ground floor of this rental villa. This bedroom is a disability access bedroom, has a Queen size bed and private access to the heated pool.

Glamorous glass stairs from the dining room lead to the first floor to the other bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, each designed for 1 person and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. The remaining 3 bedrooms have King size beds and en suite bathrooms with showers. As in the whole ground floor, all bedrooms are oriented towards the sea, and from their balcony is a magnificent view.

A sauna for complete detoxification, as well as an equipped gym, billiards and table football are located in the basement of the Croatian vacation villa, which was created for unforgettable entertainment.

Luxury villa Blace 2 with pool by the sea is fully air conditioned, it has a built-in Harreither system for cooling and heating and provides guests with free satellite WI-FI and parking. The SieMatic kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and kitchen appliances has stove, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, toaster and wine cooler. A baby cot is available on request.
