This unique and traditional estate features a fully equipped kitchen with wooden beams completed by a marvelous dining room, harmoniously designed following the concept of open space and highlighted by wicker chandeliers. Adjacent to the large table, there is a convenient kitchen counter to have breakfast or a quick lunch, comfortably sitting on the wooden stools.

The six elegant bedrooms are designed to guarantee every kind of comfort, starting from the air conditioning to the heated floor. The natural light, pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows with sunrays bouncing around the rooms, warmly floods and enlightens the classic interiors. Each bedroom is brimming with Apulian vibes and takes plenty of inspiration from the local design, even though every night space succeeds in showing a unique personality and is distinguished by evocative names. The three bedrooms Ulivo, Malva, and Melograno are located inside the main building. Ulivo and Malva are completed by a private terrace, ideal for spending pleasant moments with a good reading in complete relaxation. Melograno boasts an internal living room enhanced by a suggestive fireplace and a cozy sofa for the chilliest nights indoors. Spacious and bright, they guarantee the comfort of a luxury style that combines classic features with modern furnishings.

The original stone of the internal walls, the exposed wooden beams, and the floor in chianche fill the interiors with a rustic and genuine character. The bedrooms Mirto, Limone, and Mandorlo are located in the guest house, restored carefully preserving the original structure, with barrel vaults and stone arches. These rooms open onto the internal courtyard and the surrounding countryside. With an enchanting view over the garden, these elegant rooms allow a total immersion in the nature that surrounds the whole majestic property.
