The square of Porto Rafael, where to find supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, can be reached in about five minutes by car from Villa Ives.

The main villa features an open space fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area and a dining area for 8 guests, and three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The property has been refurbished with high-quality appliances and materials such as the stunning white marble from Orosei. The property also boasts a guest house with independent access from the outdoor area, featuring two double bedrooms, only suitable for staff.

The outdoor terrace offers breathtaking sea views and is furnished with a BBQ and dining table, making it the perfect setting for enjoying alfresco meals. The pool area is set behind the villa and boasts an expansive solarium where to relax under the olive trees or read a book under the sun.

Villa Ives is only a few minutes away from the picturesque Nelson Beach, framed by a green Mediterranean scrub and characterized by golden sand and crystal-clear water.

from the garden, there are steps down leading to the guest house, which offers two double bedrooms (not convertible into a twin, no view and low ceiling) with each an en suite bathroom with shower. We recommend these two bedrooms to staff members only and are not considered in the bedroom count.
