The villa is set on a 20 hectares estate of orange, olive trees and gardens, where 8 private villas have been recently built.
With four double bedrooms, all en-suite, Villa Howe is the ideal choice for a family willing to relax and enjoy the very best of Sicily. The property offers many outdoor areas for al fresco dining as well as a private swimming pool and two loggias where to rest and enjoy a glass of good wine.
The villa is set on the south-western coast of Sicily, about ten minutes drive from Selinunte, which not only claims some of the most beautiful Greek ruins in Italy but also a string of white beaches, a few small shops and a simple seaside restaurant. Castelvetrano, three kilometres/two miles, is a larger town with more services, while Palermo, a wonderful city for touring, can be reached in one hour by car.
Along the western coast of Sicily, the wineries of Marsala are not to miss as well as the salt flats and windmills of Trapani, both about 1-hour driving. Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples lie about 100km/62miles to the East.
