Villa Kalule

Description

Villa Kalule has direct sea access, a natural path leading from the villa for about 50m will bring you to a natural sea coast. From here you can jump into the water and enjoy amazing views and calm water in a protected bay. A private dock is available for our customers as well as a longline mooring of your boat.

The property is composed of two brand new villas. You can see there are two villas just next to each other, that can be rented separately or together for bigger groups.

There are 5 bedrooms altogether, 3 bedrooms in the bigger villa and 2 bedrooms in the smaller villas. Three bedrooms are ensuite with own bathroom. All the beds are double beds. Two of the bedrooms have a small mezzanine with an extra double bed. On the ground floor of each villa there is a living room with fireplace, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. From here you have wonderful sea views and mountain views and an access to outside terrace.

Two private swimming pools (10m x 5m; 8.5m x 5m) with salt water and jacuzzi corner with water jets will make your holiday unforgettable. Large outdoor chill-out areas with sun beds and umbrellas will be available for those lazy sunny days. Enjoy yourself together with your friends while preparing a dinner on BBQ outside by the sunset. Let yourself merge with the harmony of nature all around and enjoy the living scenery of boats returning to the port of Sivota after a day on the sea.

A brand new asphalt road built in 2020 leads to the villa from the nearest village that was originally a home of traditional Greek fishermen families who today are offering different range of services such as fine taverns, bars, bakeries or markets that are available all season long from 8am until 12am. You can walk to the village (15-20 min) or go by car (5-8 min).
