Description

Villa Kasim is a dream house. It is a unique place in Marrakech that is beautiful and totally exclusive, somewhere between an artist’s house and a luxury villa. The main house has seven suites and two double en-suite bedrooms. They vary in size but offer maximum comfort, each with its own touch of originality, and can accommodate up to 20 people. The adjoining riad has a family suite for up to 4 more people.
Kasim offers the conviviality, privacy and discretion of a private home, but with the elegant comfort, attention to detail, personalised service and refined culinary experience of a luxury hotel. Receptions for up to around 30 people can be organised during your stay, but larger events and stag parties are not permitted.

Bedrooms

All rooms have air conditioning and central heating, electronic safe, mini bar, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access, bouquets of fresh flowers, 100% cotton bed linen and towels, hairdryer and organic toiletries.

Room 1 – 48m² :
Suite, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub with shower head. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace, office table, minibar, safe, dressing room, private garden.

Room 2 – 52m² :
Suite, 1st floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 180 cm, 1 single bed 90 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub with shower head. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace, office table, minibar, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 3 – 50m² :

Room 4 – 62m² :

Room 5 – 63m² :

Room 6 – 56m² :

Room 7 – 43m² :

Room 8 – 17m² :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace, office table, minibar, safe.

Room 9 – 23m² :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, office table, minibar, safe.

Room 10 – 90m² :
Suite with 2 bedrooms, Ground level, in a pavilion, independent access. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 180 cm, 1 double bed 180 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub with shower head, 1 washbasin. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, stove, minibar, safe, private terrace, outside shower.

Note: bedrooms 2, 7 and 10 have a second bed in a separate room.

Indoors

At Villa Kasim, animal sculptures of varying scales and disturbing realism dot the spaces. Guests are greeted by a giant sheep standing peacefully beside the swimming pool, a larger-than-life sculpted giraffe dominates the dining room and in the orangutan lounge, primates perform acrobatics.

The interiors are fully air-conditioned and have high-speed Wi-Fi internet access. There is a library with satellite TV for watching international channels and Netflix, a multifunctional room that can be set up as a cinema, meeting or party room, a traditional hammam and a spa treatment room.

There is also a pergola for alfresco dining and a spacious traditional caidal tent.

The house is not suitable for disabled guests.

Outdoors

Around the large heated heptagonal swimming pool, deckchairs, daybeds, giant mattresses under the olive trees, everything is designed to encourage you to relax and do nothing. However, if the lack of activity bothers you, you can always take advantage of the hammam after an invigorating massage, take the covered, flower-lined path leading to the ping-pong table and petanque court, play volleyball or lift weights in the gym overlooking the olive trees. The property’s private tennis court is also at your disposal.

During your stay you can also wander beyond the house gardens and explore the estate with its large organic vegetable and herb garden, its olive hedge maze and Jean-François Fourtou’s monumental art park, but please note that these areas are not for exclusive use.
