The modern kitchen has a central island, high-end SMEG appliances, and a wine cooler. The adjacent dining area seats 8 and features a flat-screen TV and aquarium.

Bedrooms

Villa Limpkin has four bedrooms. Two are on the first floor, each with double beds, walk-in closets, and pool views. Upstairs, the third bedroom has a private balcony, and the master suite includes a sun balcony, lounge area, and large walk-in closet.

Bathrooms

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. First-floor bedrooms have walk-in showers, the second-floor bedroom has a walk-in shower, and the master suite includes double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a bathtub.

Entertainment & Games

The basement includes a games area with table tennis, a steam room, and a cinema room for six with projector and sound system.

Outdoor Area

The villa’s outdoor area features a heated swimming pool, sun terraces, lounge areas, a covered BBQ, and roof-level terrace with a jacuzzi and panoramic views.
