The architecture blends traditional materials such as Noto stone with contemporary design, creating a natural connection to the surrounding landscape. Villa Ottaviano features five individually designed rooms and suites, each created with natural materials, soft tones, and minimalist interiors. Every suite includes en-suite bathrooms, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and private outdoor spaces such as terraces or gardens. In addition, select suites offer larger living areas or kitchen facilities, making them suitable for couples, families, or small groups seeking extended stays.

At the centre of the estate is a panoramic saltwater infinity pool overlooking the Sicilian countryside and distant sea views. The pool area is designed for relaxation, with sun terraces, loungers, and open views across the landscape. Moreover, the estate includes gardens, walking paths, and natural spaces surrounded by olive and almond trees, creating a calm and immersive environment.

Villa Ottaviano features an on-site organic restaurant serving seasonal, locally sourced cuisine prepared with ingredients from the estate, including olives, almonds, and citrus fruits.
