Villa Unagi is a stunning blend of island charm and modern sophistication, offering island-chic interiors, expansive outdoor spaces, and a lush garden rarely found on Mykonos. While staying true to its Cycladic roots, the villa incorporates state-of-the-art smart home technology for an effortless luxury experience.

The estate comprises the main house, three independent guest houses, and even a private chapel, accommodating up to 20 guests across eight beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Outdoors, guests can unwind by the large “beach-style” pool, relax in shaded lounges, or dine under the pergolas in one of the two covered dining areas. The traditional stone-built oven and wood stove barbecue create the perfect setting for long, leisurely summer gatherings surrounded by family, friends, and stunning island scenery.

Inside the Main House, spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen complement four elegant bedrooms, each en suite. The top floor is dedicated to an ultra-luxurious master suite featuring a stone-built bath, balcony, and two terraces with mesmerizing views of the Aegean.

The Garden Guest House (55 m²) welcomes up to four guests and includes a cozy living area, kitchenette, private bathroom, and a terrace blooming with bougainvillea. The Vineyard Guest House, overlooking its namesake vineyard, features a bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchenette for a serene, nature-inspired stay. Finally, the Church Guest House offers a unique touch with rock elements, a kitchenette, and a spectacular stone-carved bath, all framed by breathtaking panoramic views.
