In this tranquil area of KM7, you’re just a thirteen-minute drive from Ibiza Town and the area is just a stone’s throw away from Blue Marlin, Cova Santa and Sa Caleta.

Hidden amongst beautiful Mediterranean gardens, you are treated to beautiful views across the neighbouring countryside to pine-clad hillsides. A terrace space wraps around the exterior of the main house, where you will find a large sheltered pergola with wooden deck floor located beside the pool and Jacuzzi. This is a wonderful, sociable chill-out space, ideal for private entertaining in a relaxed atmosphere, as the starry Ibizan night sky twinkles above you.

Inside, the contemporary interiors combine natural materials and sumptuous contrasts of dark and light to create a modern, homely elegance and an understated, laid-back feel.

The main living space includes wide sofa seating, an interior dining space and a sociable kitchen. By day, sunlight streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows, by night you can watch the stars.

Four double bedrooms with king-size beds are found in the main house. One further bedroom is located in a guest annexe in the grounds with a studio kitchen and a cosy living room area.
