Recently restructured, this antique residence is immersed in a splendid garden. The Siracusa Elegant Villa’s spacious interiors are spread out over one floor, with a classic yet colourful style. The elegant living area consists of comfortable sofas, a coffee table, cabinets and a piano. There is also a TV for guests’ entertainment. A large dining table also features in this space, seating at least 8 guests. The wooden-beamed ceilings, indoor plants and elegant wooden furniture create a light, homely, comfortable atmosphere. Further along, guests will find a classic kitchen and pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, oven and microwave.

Moving on to the sleeping area, the elegant master bedroom includes its own dressing room and bathroom. Two double bedrooms and two single bedrooms also feature in the Villa, each room decorated in its unique way. The guests of these bedrooms share two spacious bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Exteriors

The Siracusa Elegant Villa is encircled by a vast garden of gorgeous lawns, trees and bushes. A large pool is equipped with an outdoor shower and deckchairs for afternoons of sunbathing. The Villa also features a shaded porch with a large dining table, for guests to enjoy meals outside.

Located in the southeast of Sicily, the Villa is halfway between the cities of Syracuse and the beautiful blue sea of Plemmirio. Only 5km away from the historic centre of Syracuse, the Villa is also strategically positioned to reach the protected marine area of Plemmirio and the sandy beaches of Arenella. The white fountains and natural reserves of the Ciane River are also easily reachable.
