A private glass elevator connects all three floors with five bedrooms, multiple lounges, and plenty of space to spread out. Or take the stairs if you’re racing to get to the third-floor bar, billiards table, and open-air terrace with hot tub and projector. Movie nights, match screenings, long conversations after dark; take your pick.

With dedicated butlers, villa manager, and private chef, every gathering feels seamless — think wood-fired pizzas, sunset barbecues, long lunches by the pool. For life’s special moments, Cloud Nine Ungasan can host up to 50 guests in your own private celebration space.

• Floors: Villa Cloud Nine occupies three floors:
  • Ground Floor: Main entrance, indoor and outdoor dining area, indoor living room, two kitchens, Guest Room 1, entertainment room, common toilet, garden, and swimming pool
  • Second Floor: Guest Rooms 2 to 4, common toilet, yoga bale, and gym
  • Third Floor: Master Bedroom
• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 10 guests and up to 2 additional guests allowed (extra charge).
• Living Areas: The main communal space is an open-air indoor living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen. The outdoor spaces also feature a dedicated lounge seating by the pool and a separate lounge area by the jacuzzi.
• Dining: The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Indonesian, and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide chef shopping service and pre-arrival shopping service charged at grocery bill + 15% handling fee.
• Pool: 20m x 4m x 1.2m chlorinated pool; No shallow end; The pool is set to normal temperature; There are nine sunbeds, three pool umbrellas, and one lounge chair; Pool towels are provided. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower nearby.
• Kitchen: Equipped with Oven, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, blender, toaster, stove, rice cooker, BBQ facilities, ice maker, juicer, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.
• Dining Areas: The indoor dining area can seat up to 10 guests, and the outdoor dining area can seat up to 12 guests and an adjacent kitchen bar that can seat 4.
• Wellness: Yoga mats and massage beds are available on request, and the spacious yoga bale provides a serene setting for practicing yoga. Yoga lessons can also be arranged (extra charge). In-villa treatments are available on request (extra charge). There is also a gym, ice bath, jacuzzi, and sauna available for guests’ use.
• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout with a Hisense Smart TV with streaming services and other local and international channels, JBL Bluetooth speakers, and JBL Sound System. There is also a pool table at the villa, available for guests’ use.
• Other Facilities: For your safety and convenience, the villa is equipped with a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, generator, elevator, and CCTV in common areas. Laundry service (in-house and sent out) is available on request (extra charge). Wake-up calls are available upon request.
• Parking: Sufficient parking area is available for 2 cars and 6 motorbikes.
