The surrounding terrace also features an exceptional al fresco dining area and lounge areas for relaxing and socialising. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the terrace represents an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and enjoying wonderful moments of relaxation. The villa also features direct access to the sea.

On the pool level, which is the ground floor, you will find a spacious and elegant living area decorated with a palette of soft natural tones, a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room overlooking the sea, and a guest bathroom. On this level you will also find a terrace with outdoor dining area overlooking the sea. Accessed by an ancient staircase, the upper level boasts a single room with en-suite bathroom with shower, and three double bedrooms; two of these have en-suite bathroom (one with shower and one with both tub and shower) and one bedroom has private bathroom with shower.

Flooded with natural light and offering an elegant atmosphere, the sea level features a comfortable living room, smaller than the one on the ground floor, and two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower and one with private bathroom with shower. Please note that this bedroom (with the bathroom outside the room) has no windows. This bedroom is connected to another double bedroom, so it is ideal for a family with children. On this level you will also find a wellness area complete with gym, emotional shower, massage room, and a bathroom with shower.
