Once home to artist Corrado Cagli, this 19th-century villa has been beautifully restored to preserve its charm while offering contemporary luxury. Spread over 1,000 square metres across three levels, the villa boasts large outdoor spaces with a heated infinity pool. Villa Zilli can accommodate up to 10 guests in five bedrooms spread across the main villa, the penthouse, and the guest house.

The villa’s exquisite outdoor spaces invite relaxation and indulgence. A sundeck with a heated infinity pool offers mesmerising views of the sea and the majestic silhouette of Mount Etna, creating an unparalleled atmosphere of serenity. The beautifully landscaped garden provides a tranquil escape, while the terraces offer the perfect setting for al fresco dining. Private parking ensures convenience, with direct access to the main road and just a few steps leading to Taormina’s vibrant Corso Umberto.

Main House and Penthouse:
On the ground floor, the main house features a large living area, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a convenient guest bathroom. The dining area, surrounded by large windows, is bathed in natural light, creating an inviting space to savour Sicily’s finest cuisine. On the upper floor, the penthouse offers an intimate retreat with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with a shower, walk-in closet, and a private terrace overlooking Taormina. In addition to the bathroom, the penthouse room also features a Jacuzzi.

On the lower floor, you will find a second fully-equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with ease, as well as two beautifully appointed double bedrooms: a master suite with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace; and a second double bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Designed for the utmost comfort, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Sky TV, and a dedicated laundry room.

Guest House:
Spanning 200 square metres on the lower level, the guest house includes two beautifully appointed double bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a generous living area with plush sofas and a charming fireplace. The guest house is located just below the pool area, separated from the main house and complete with a garden. By going up the stairs, guests can easily access the pool area.
