Hosting many relaxing areas and lounge spaces, the villa is not only situated in an idyllic setting but also provides a sanctuary you can retreat to while enjoying the private beach access, taking kayaks out to the sea, or simply stretched out on the beach chair watching the horizon!

The villa hosts five, well-furnished bedrooms that are also air-conditioned and fitted with TVs as well as other modern amenities such as writing spaces, DVD players, etc. The first four bedrooms are located upstairs with king-sized beds, spacious layouts, sliding glass doors that lead to a furnished terrace, and sweeping views of the scenic vista. The fifth bedrooms however, is tucked away a level below the main villa with single beds, and an all-round cosier vibe as it offers privacy and exclusivity to guests.

The bedrooms feature wooden interiors that provide a warmth to the bedrooms making them all the more inviting and homely. There are en-suite bathrooms with each bedroom for convenience and they are fitted with excellent amenities such as natural stone baths, showers, dual vanities, etc.

The villa prides itself in offering spaces and places that make the most of Hua Thanon’s mesmerising beachside location. The swimming pool is located on one side of the villa, with a breadth-wise infinity-edge and a world of views across the ocean. Lounge on the sun chairs on the pool deck, or enjoy the sunset while resting on the alfresco dining spaces, it is totally up to you and what you fancy in the moment. There is a poolside sala which houses a spacious outdoor dining area with seating for up to ten people at a time as well as cushioned ledges for lounging on.

Since you’re tucked away in a beautiful part of the island, it won’t do well to subdue this gorgeous view and block off all of nature with stone walls. Hence, the living area at Baan Hinyai is an open-concept space with an arch separating it from the pool deck and glass walls. Sporting a high-vaulting ceiling, traditionally Thai, the otherwise modern space is furnished with comfortable, tufted white couches, wooden coffee table, indoor plants, and a stone wall with a massive TV and surround sound.
