Villa Carluccio can accommodate ten guests in five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

The expansive interiors blend seamlessly with the outdoor terraces, creating a harmonious flow that leads to a stunning, heated pool at the centre. However, the true highlight is the incredible view of Isola Bella, which captivates guests from the poolside. Embraced by stone columns, the poolside oasis beckons with sun loungers for basking in the sun. Adjacent to it, a charming gazebo hosts a grand wrought-iron table surrounded by elegant chairs, promising unforgettable moments of al fresco dining.

The villa spans across a main building divided into multiple levels, meticulously and lovingly restored. Upon entering, you are greeted by a hallway: to the left lies a study, and to the right, a guest bathroom. Proceeding further, you enter the spacious living room, which features a fireplace and a window offering a breathtaking view. From the living room, a grand staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located. For those who prefer to avoid the stairs, the house is equipped with a convenient lift.

On the ground floor, adjacent to the living room, is a smaller dining area, offering an intimate setting for casual meals. Continuing onward, the main dining room unfolds, bathed in natural light streaming through expansive windows that showcase breathtaking views of the sea. The décor blends timeless elegance with comfortable sophistication, featuring furnishings in soothing light tones and a classic design that exudes warmth and tranquillity.

Next is the kitchen, meticulously designed to ignite the culinary passions of food lovers. It boasts expansive countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, including a professional-grade refrigerator, and ample space ideal for hosting culinary workshops or intimate gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen, a well-stocked pantry stands ready to accommodate every ingredient and culinary need. At the back, there is a dedicated area equipped with a barbecue and an oven, perfect for cooking enthusiasts.

On the first floor are five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms offer sea views, while the others overlook an inner courtyard and the side of the property. At the entrance through the automatic gate, there are two parking spaces available (or one space suitable for a van), located within the garage and the entry courtyard.
